Evergreen Baptist Church Leaders, Congregation, and Future Music Ministry Family,

As your music minister, I am passionate about creating a worship and fellowship environment that inspires hope, encourages spiritual growth, and promotes Christ-like change through quality music rooted in sound theology. This is the foundation of my Music Ministry philosophy. It is achieved not just by talent and practice, but through a personal relationship with Christ—centered on prayer and biblical study—so that the music ministry is always in tune with the vision and spirit of the Pastor as God leads Him.

Music Ministry is not a show or a concert; it is an essential enhancement of church service that, when directed by the Holy Spirit, breaks ground, influences change, and helps grow both hearts and the church body. I know it is my calling to inspire all of God’s people, both lost and found by grace, to live a life worthy of His sacrifice by using the gifts He has given us.

I want to personally extend an open invitation to you—whether you are young or seasoned, whether you sing in perfect pitch or simply carry a joyful noise in your heart. No matter your skill level, your voice, your instrument, or your willingness to learn, there is a place for you here. Together, we will grow, encourage one another, and use our diverse talents to glorify God. This ministry is a safe and welcoming space for everyone, because worship is at its most beautiful when all of God’s children lift their praise together.

My vision for the Evergreen Baptist Church Music Ministry is simple:

  • To create a worship and fellowship environment that inspires hope, encourages spiritual growth, and promotes Christ-like change through quality music rooted in sound theology.

  • To offer a space where people of all ages and abilities can participate, learn, and develop their God-given talents.

  • To partner with the ministerial staff in proclaiming the Gospel of Christ through music.

If God has placed even the smallest spark of musical passion in your heart, I encourage you to come and be part of this journey. You are welcome here.

Yours in Christ’s Labor,

Min. Aarin D. Cooper Sr.
